Morocco 2008

It was great to leave a grey and wet UK for 2 weeks of sunshine in Morocco. With the last snow only on the high peaks of the Atlas we drove our usual tracks but added 2 new ones as well as we climbed to over 2000m. We stopped at a village in the Jebel Sarho where we are running an assistance program - the solar panels we supplied last year were up and running so thanks to all those who have contributed to the appeal, we plan to work on infant mortality in the next 3 year program. Leaving the rock for the sand we climbed the highest dune in the Chaggaga system - I can still hear Phil's whoop as he got back to flat sand at the base .... exhilarating stuff. Don't miss out, reserve your place in 2009
