Spain - July 2006
Climbing eastwards along the high spine of the dramatic Pyrenean Mountains , we climbed to 2410m near the tiny principality of Andorra before descending to the Bardenas Realas semi-desert, with its fantastic “badlands” scenery. This year we were lucky enough to see both vultures and wild boars but the rare lynx remained elusive.
